Welcome to El Costeño!
It is the pleasure and honor of the El Costeño staff to share a small part of our native Acapulco, México, here in historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
El Costeño means “coast dweller.” We desire to transport you through cooking to the coastal area where the chef grew up. Coastal dishes include: swordfish, tilapia fish, salmon and crab meat. We take equal care in preparing other popular Mexican dishes like fajitas, enchiladas and burritos, made to your liking.
All our dishes, from the complimentary basket of chips and salsa to the fruit atop the desserts at the end of your meal, are prepared using local, fresh ingredients. When in season, many of the items come directly from our neighbors in the surrounding Amish community.
Thank you for allowing us to serve you and share my home country with you!
¡Buen provecho!
